Western Union Dept Scam Email
Sunday, July 5th, 2009Upon reaching the office and checking my emails as I usually do. I encountered this email from Western Union Dept. With the subject entitled “Update!!!” which at first I thought was just a news update from Western Union. So I checked it out being careful at any links or pop ups that I may encounter. Why? Western Union doesn’t usually send me a news, an email or any kind. So I find it hard to believe that Western Union will suddenly send me an email. Plus the fact that I don’t remember subscribing on any Western Union websites. It was dated Saturday, July 4, 2009 5:18 AM, I became more aware and cautious because of its “undisclosed-recipients” which only means that is a random generated email. To make the long story short here is the email content:
